Very Disappointed !!
First of all I paid $35 ahead just to go in 45 minutes before the time second the floor was very dirty. My grandkids were getting all their socks, dirty look like black tar third not enough towels we got only two towels to dry ourselves. Which we were six people in the room. Luckily, we took two of our own. fourth the sheets had been already been used we found hair on it, the sofa bed didn’t have any sheets or blankets. Also, the room was very cold which the girl in the counter was nice to give us a heater. We were very excited to stay in that hotel because it looked very nice but now looking at how it is, we will not be staying there any longer. One thing I regret of not doing is take pictures It’s a bad review, but we need to say how we feel and give you a review. And they still charge me $35 just to go into a dirty room

I booked my room based on the pictures because I need a handicap accessible room. They had nothing available. Ask them for a bench for the shower and they bring me one that must’ve been sitting in a corner collecting dust for months. Asked the maid to clean our room one day they never did it. But overall the location is very nice to Nott Berry Farm, and the outside pool area is nice and clean.
