Downtime - private cosy rural oasis

Beautifully renovated and packed with charm and style. Surrounded by tall gum trees and very private, Downtime is a modern, two bedroom cottage with a loft. Two queen beds, one single bed, full bathroom with roman bath. Large modern well equipped kitchen with generous breakfast bar with stools and two large, comfortable couches. Stay at home and enjoy the warmth of a roaring log fireplace during the winter (wood supplied May to September) or stay cool with the reverse cycle air conditioning across the warmer months. The house boasts a 55 inch Sony LCD television, CEL FI Telstra mobile phone booster (Full 3G signal) and free WIFI. Great outdoor entertaining with a gas BBQ on a huge eight acre. Ideally located within a five to ten minute drive to Margaret River town centre or the coast with a choice of great surf beaches. Pets are allowed upon request (Please note; the property is not fenced). The position on the map is an approximation; for security reasons the exact location will be sent after your confirmation of booking. No school leavers bookings please.

Great Getaway

Great property in a peaceful, secluded setting about 5-10 minutes drive from the town of Margaret River. There is a small double room on the ground floor with a spacious double upstairs and a single bed on the landing. The bathroom is downstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely bush retreat
Very nice place to stay. It suited us very well, family of 4. Peaceful bush block, spotted a few shingle back lizards, superb fairy wrens & kangaroos. Easy to get to, easy access to Margaret River, Prevelly Beach and all that the region offers. Very easy house to stay in. Good kitchen, well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very relaxing bush setting
Very nice though I didn’t realise how steep the stairs were difficult to negotiate if needing the bathroom downstairs. The cloth arm chairs need a good clean and the bathroom curtains are worn out otherwise very clean and tidy. Kitchen well stocked with utensils ect.

Quiet retreat
The photos don’t do this property justice. Lovely relaxed homely feel, beautifully quiet. Great position in the region, only 10min back to Margaret River in the car. Great to come back after a day touring around to a hot shower and sit on the verandah or in front of the fireplace with a drink. Pretty much everything supplied you need to have a fantastic restful break.
