Hotel is in a great location. They were also very accomadating with getting our room ready earlier because we landed in Manila in the early morning. They were also great with helping arrange pickup from the airport. Rooftop hotel and pool is wonderful. Only two things I would mention about the hotel that were inconvenient. 1. There were only 3 elevators and they were slow. So at busy times, you're waiting for elevators a little bit longer than usual. 2. We asked for extra towels, which were delivered very quickly, a big plus. But every time the hotel did maid service and cleaned the room, they removed the extra towels. So we kept having to ask for more towels. But other than that, the hotel is great. The staff are great. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb in Every Way
This is a superb hotel in every way. Especially gratifying is Firefly, the rooftop restaurant/lounge adjacent to the rooftop pool. Service, food and view is excellent.
