Dear Rubie-Han Thank you for staying with us and for your review. We are glad you found the amenities pleasing. We would have valued hearing your concerns regarding the bedroom and cupboard during your 5 night stay so we could try to address the issue. We enjoyed having you stay with us and were unaware of your concerns. On checking with the guests currently staying in the same apartment, we were advised they have not noticed any unpleasant smells in the bedrooms or cupboards. The carpets were professionally cleaned a few months ago and we are in the process of installing floating floors in all the apartments, for optimum hygiene and ease of cleaning. As you know, the living area upstairs has been completed. The stairs and bedrooms will follow soon. Since taking over Coull Waters in February we have worked tirelessly in creating the very best facility we can provide. We take pride in our apartments and in our efforts to make each guest feel truly valued so they can thoroughly enjoy their stay with us in magnificent Mallacoota.
