Compact apartment in good location
Compact and clean apartment. The location is good, only 10/15 mins walk to the heart of Malaga, great access for motorways to Granada, Seville etc. And only 5 mins walk to a shopping centre with the biggest Carrefour supermarket I have seen in a while. Just to note ; the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs so not meant for the less abled.

POURQUOI MOYEN IL y a deux choses qui mon embêter , les aboiements de deux chiens qui c'est vraie ne son pas de la responsabilité du loueur je l'ai alerté mais .......... par contre ce qui est de la responsabilité du loueur c'est de m'informer qui y a un chantier en cour a 5 mètres de sous nos fenêtres , le loueur aurais du m'en informer , car être réveiller pas une scie sauteuse ou un marteaux piqueur NON non NON pas en vacances , 2eme points IL N'y as pas de clim dans la salle .

Schöne moderne Wohnung, Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar
Wir waren Mitte September in Malaga. Zwischen dem Haus mit der Wohnung und dem direkt gegenüberliegenden Haus sind mehrere kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze, von denen man sich einen aussuchen kann. Die Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, groß, modern und sauber. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und alle notwendigen Kleinigkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Fast alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß das Zentrum. In der Calle Perez de Castro ist eine kleine Bäckerei (ca. 5 Gehminuten). Antonio selbst haben wir leider nicht gesehen, er hielt aber Kontakt mit uns und war immer erreichbar. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.
