Beautiful location on the lake. Bit of a drive into Wanaka but Lake Hawea is beautiful in its own right. Facilities were simple, comfortable and clean. Requires a walk outside to shared bathroom. Shared kitchen facilities in good shape, have to pay ~$5 for kitchen supplies and they ran out when we were there.

I booked a Glamping tent, it was as advertised and quite a nice day. Only downside was the access to toilets and showers. Majority of the showers were out of order because they didn’t have hot water, leaving only three showers for the whole site. The other was lack of Wi-Fi. I purchased a voucher for 24 hours, however Signal was not available in the room
