We sincerely regret that your stay was not to our normal Quest standard. Unfortunately we had a problem with our TV reception that weekend. An amplifier was diagnosed as faulty and has now being replaced and operating without fault. We understand and apologise that you and other guests were inconvenienced during your stay. We hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back for a positive stay in the future.

the young lady in reception was out standing so helpful and friendly only complaint is the bed pillows are terrible no support whatsoever

The staff were friendly and professional, the apartment was clean and well designed and it was well positioned with half a dozed eateries within a 2 minute walk. I recommend the BikeSmith cafe around the corner for coffee/brekky.

Very helpful and pleasant check in people. On arrival I was very irritable and tired but the helpfulness of the check in people by fetching a luggage trolly dissipated that.

We are perfectly located in the CBD area of Maitland, we are walking distance to all local restaurants/cafes, many of which allows for Guest Chargebacks. We are also located close to local businesses and the local super markets such as Woolworths and Aldi. There is also an independently owned and operated Cafe located on site, which can be accessed via the internal door for our Guests convenience. Great staff, Really helpful. Only down side which. I. Wasn't impressed and had no idea about is being hit with a $100 holding fee when booking in, was told it was for the mini bar which was a bit funny considering it had 1 chocolate bar, small packet of chips, bottle of coke and water. This charge should be up front and written where it can be easily seen

This deposit is to cover not only the mini bar, but any extras - such as restaurant chargebacks from local participating restaurants, cafes or any other incidentals. This information is available on Wotif.com, Expedia and other third party websites. It is always best to contact the property direct prior to arrival, if you are unsure. Well located and close to facilities

Pros: Proximity to City and services and spacious arrangement.
Cons: Lounge seating and bed could be updated.
Location: Very hand to main shopping centre, theatre, restaurants etc.
Spacious and close to town centre and a short walk to Aldi for any provisions. Getting close to needing a refurbish. Lounge/roll out bed rather uncomfortable to sit on. Still a very nice place to stay.
