No glass in windows, just wooden shutters. A/C unable to cool room well. Whole bathroom completed flooded every time we showered and it was impossible to avoid, left the bathroom a slippery hazard for at least an hour after any shower. Insects. There were mosquito nets over the bed, but we couldn’t get them to surround the entire bed, and they smelled really musty and dirty and left the bed full of grit, which made it very hard to sleep. We spent the breakfast after our first night there crying because we all had such a miserable night. We had prepaid online for a three night stay, but found another place and left after one night- no one in our family of four was able to get good rest there! Would love a refund for all three nights. Also, the original plan had been to stay there with my parents in two three-person rooms, but my dad got sick and they were unable to come. We let the hotel know and they downsized us into two small two-person rooms, but did not give us any refund our money back for the change to the smaller rooms and two fewer people for breakfast. We paid nearly $100 a night when we booked this place. When we were looking for other hotels to flee this place-I noticed that rooms at this hotel were available online for $13 a night. Only nice thing I have to say was at the front desk guy was always smiling and seemed nice.

Awesome hotel with accommodating and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, location is about a 10 minute walk from the main town.

WARNING! BED BUGS!! STAY AWAY!! This hotel is the worst hotel/biggest nightmare of my life. We checked in after 12 hours of travel, and, as a standard practice, the first thing we do is check the bed for bed bugs (can never be too safe!!). Unfortunately, the bed looked dirty so we checked the other side, and sure enough, the blood sucking creepy crawlers were there. We then went downstairs and complained, and the receptionist offered us another room, which had even more bed bugs! At that that point (grossed out) we asked for our money back, and were told (after some back and forth between the receptionist and owner who refused to talk to us) that they refused to refund us "because we checked in". We literally were at the hotel for maybe 30 minutes total, including checking both rooms, and sitting in the lobby looking for a new place to stay while my bf tried to reason with the powerless staff to get our money back. The owner is a cheap, unfair, and dirty business man, whose resort is dirty and he doesn't care about the guests comfort or that he is sending everyone home infested. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Other guests overheard the complaints at receptions and asked us to help check their beds, and sure enough, they had bugs too. A total of 4 rooms we saw were infested. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I am so upset that the management doesn't fix the problem, take the loss, and burn all the infected furniture and would rather cheat its guests and give them bed bugs to take home.
