They under no circumstances let you check in early, despite plenty of cleaned rooms. The girl on the desk was very smug and unhelpful and was talking about me in Spanish to her co workers, assuming i could not understand. I arrived at 8 am and was not allowed to check in until after 3pm, despite the fact that many rooms were ready and I offered to pay extra. It costs $5 to store luggage behind the counter, free in front where anyone can access it. $10 for parking if you have a car. There is no bathroom, I was directed to a gas station. They take $100 deposit which was refunded but I left no damage. The shuttle bus was the only good thing, especially the young girl on the 5am trip. The girl behind the desk the day I arrived was extremely smug and unhelpful and downright mean. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment. I will never stay here again. It was a hideous start to my trip. Stay away!

Unfortunately, I made an error and booked the room for a week later than when I intended to stay. I contacted Wotif to try and correct it and they were completely unresponsive. Yes, I was the one who made the costly mistake. In future I will use a different booking platform which allows more flexibility.

Exactly like the pics and reviews, good no frills hotel that we needed for a one night stay by lax before getting on early connecting flight next morning.
