Their checkin was horrible. Front agent was basically reading from a script I think she said sustainable 50 times. I just wanted my key and room number and in order to get that I had to provide my phone number so they could text my room number to me? I declined 3 times till I finally gave in. If you were asking me if I would like to provide my phone number the answer is no if it’s mandatory then you should say that. Once I gave and she informed me again it’s because their hotel is sustainable I’m not making the connection on sustainable and text messaging. After all of that the text messaging system wasn’t even working so she came around the desk and whispered my room number in my ear...Bizarre. There are also no dressers in the hotel room the only option for clothing storage is a small hanging closet. I’m sure that has to do with sustainability somehow. The layout of the hotel is completely choppy finding anything in that hotel is like being in a maze blindfolded. Very disappointing.
