I had a terrible experience in that hotel. The one night I spent there I found myself with no car. The car was stolen in the parking lot. The hotel and staff knew that cars are stolen and they don't have anything to do with that. I was not informed that Toyota Highlander are the most targeted in Montreal. I had to rent a car to go back to the USA. I couldn't do what I needed to do. Please if you have an SUV Toyota especially don't go to Montreal unless you have a high security system to protect your car.

When we booked the party, there was no mention that the hotel was organizing a new year party. We had two children with us who were not able until 2 am because of the music and noise. The party was held at the entrance and not in a party room. It was a terrible night and we will never visit again!
