The place was so bad, tiny and shitty that we left after two days. We need the money back for the last two days that we paid in this shithole called hotel.

In the city center, Victoria Inn is in London's London City Centre neighborhood, a walkable area with good shopping. Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace are notable landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wimbledon Tennis Club and Twickenham Stadium. Sea Life London Aquarium and Coca-Cola London Eye are not to be missed. Our guests appreciate the guest house's central location.

I liked the staff very much but not so much the property.
Helpful reception staff, good sized room and very clean, Thank you
We have been given a room downstairs near the kitchen and breakfast room. It gets a bit noisy as it approaches breakfast time. Being below ground, we hear footsteps and the sounds of people using the hairdryer (loud!) from other rooms (mainly above). We didn’t have toilet paper and our shower was clogged! The lady at the front desk was helpful and tried to unblock it with a plunger, that helped a bit but didn’t solve the problem. She said maintenance would come the next day, but they never did. Breakfast was adequate but the room is small, so there’s usually a wait for food, or even coffee/water. You get what you pay for, but this could have been much better.
