Not good
We arrived at the apartment and the bedding was thrown on the floor, quilts and pillows not on the bed, also floors were filthy looked like the cleaners had not been in. Couldn’t stay so took the key back to the key store and managed to get a hotel across London costing a lot more, couldn’t use the parking I had paid for, also cost an awful lot more. Trying to get a refund.
