Tatty. Tired. Location good, but only use if cheap
Tatty. Arrived around 10pm and was put into a disabled room. When I asked for a “deluxe” as per my booking they “upgraded” me to the 6th floor. Heating didn’t work; bathroom smelt like an ashtray; bathroom door handle falling off; overall tatty. Great location, but not worth £200. I won’t be back!

Super clean and comfy in the most central location
Or room was immaculate! The bed was huuuuge. Very comfortable stay. Only reason they lost a star: we stayed in for the evening and were doing dry january. Asking for an extra 2 teabags, milks and sugars at reception seemed too hard for staff to pull together.

Great location
We stayed for 3 nights , our original room was great but on day 2 we had a drain issue and had to be moved to a not so great room . The second room was in need of some tic and a new bathroom , the curtains were off the rail in more than one place and it was impossible to close them completely, the bathroom was tiny and had a shower over a bath with very little power , the furniture was badly scuffed with large chunks missing .The staff were however very pleasant and helpful.

Mixed feelings
Great location and friendly staff. However i would say that the deluxe room we were allocated was below the standard i would expect . I did speak to the young man on reception regarding this and the very lumpy bed but got little response. This was unfortunate as the rest of the staff were excellent and also the other room that i had booked was very good as a standard room.
