DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked a double room for my sister while she was traveling abroad. Staff tried to put her in a basement room that was ALREADY OCCUPIED and subsequently attempted to place her in a closet with one twin bed, then refused to refund her. The front desk manager was extremely rude, unaccommodating and refused to give her his name. Eventually walking out and demanding she leave rather than appropriately resolve the issue. My sister was forced to book an Airbnb at midnight in a foreign country. Had to fight with them through Expedia and wait a week to get my money returned. Awful experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.
