There was no water supply to the whole hotel when we checked in and this was not stated to us. Found this out when toilet did not flush! Yuk! Staff did nothing to assist guest comfort. I had to ask for bottled water! They should have been upfront with this, offered bottled water to all, vouchers for nearby coffee shops and made an arrangement somewhere for toilets. Water was off between 10 am and 8 pm. Ii was offered no compensation of any type.
