Stressful check-in but overall good experience
Our check-in experience was not good we arrived at 5pm and our room was still not ready we waited ,then our room the window was broken, it took an hour an four members of staff to decide yes the window was broken. The language barrier made the problem ten times harder and slower to be dealt with. Finally we got our room and had no complaints it was lovely, and the breakfast was amazing. Just our first impressions were tainted due to the language barrier predominantly.
