Stayed here for 3 nights and was overall disappointed with our stay. For a 4 star hotel and the price I feel like it’s lacking in areas. Pros: location is not bad. It was a quick walk to a lot of the sites you might want to see and very close to the Bakerloo line. I found the restaurants in the area to be lacking and ventured out to find better options. I did like that there was a store next door which made it easy to pick up drinks and snacks. The room we got was larger then expected and more roomie then others across Europe. Cons: We were placed in an accessible room and didn’t know until we got to the room. Would have been nice to have an option or a heads up. As both my husband and I are tall the sink was very short for us and uncomfortable to use. Also felt much like staying in a hospital room and not a 4 star hotel. We had issues with our shower drain. It was backed up and we had reported it but never got fix during our stay. It was gross to take a shower in a giant puddle and since it’s was an open shower for the accessible room with only 2 curtains it made it so you could not shower more then a few minutes without flooding the bathroom. We had a manager for hosue keeping try to open our door when we first got there. Lucky we had the dead bolt on but this should not happen at 5pm when we just checked in. She didn’t say who it was just sorry and left so the front desk had to look into it...which they only did after I called 3 times.

While the hotel was nice, there were no restaurants either in the hotel or nearby. Also, the towels were not clean even though they were washed. Plus, the bar in the hotel was not opened on the weekend.

      5/5 Excellent

      Fun and cozy.

Great location for hopping on the train or wondering around for food. We thought it was a great hotel to stay at. Some of the rooms are up against the railway tracks.

      Great place to stay!

The hotel is wonderful. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location was right by a tube stop so it was easy to get everywhere. The only problem we had was with the bed. It was too firm and uncomfortable to sleep on for multiple nights. The hotel itself does not have a restaurant, however there are several great places to eat or grab-and-go.
