    Great hotel, great location

    Fantastic service - dropped my bags on the morning of check in and was able to leave them again on day of check out and the staff were incredibly friendly. When I did check in, my luggage was already in the room and my other bags were taken for me. The room was lovely, small but lovely, a great night sleep and the pantry was a lovely touch. A couple of hairs in the bed, that were definitely not mine but otherwise spotless. My only issue was the disturbed breakfast. I ordered room service breakfast which arrived early and was delicious - but within a few minutes of it arriving there was a knock at the door “you didn’t leave credit card details and we need to take payment now”. By the time the staff member had run along the corridor in order to get a signal for the card machine, my breakfast wasn’t as hot as when I left it. I wasn’t asked to leave card details or I would have done, and I think the payment could have waited until I’d had time to eat. I’d stay again though.

    Meh.

    The room was the smallest I have ever been in. It was the top floor and it felt like I was in an attic as the ceilings were so low and uneven. I hit my head multiple times throughout my stay. There was only one tiny trash bin in the restroom and the bed was not as advertised- it was not a king size bed. I feel the description of the room is not accurate as I heard multiple guests complaining about the same thing with the reception desk asking to change rooms due to that reason. The location was good, but will never stay here again.
