As a business traveler & Gold account holder who has over 100 different stays over the past 36 Months. I can tell you the CharlesHope collection is the worst managed portfolio of properties I have come across and I have stayed in 3 of their properties (Manchester & Heathrow North).
What I booked *I did not get*, raised this issue when I was in Manchester, fast forward a few months to Heathrow and we have the same problem.
Advertised as having Queen beds. *Not the case*
No electrical cover on the switch/switches??. Inexcusable, given the parking fiasco this wasn't the top of my list, but its dangerous if kids were allowed in here.
*Kitchen-No frying pans, no foil, no welcome pack, just 3 sauce pans, a mini bin and cutlery.*
*Wifi is dreadful!! the TV stopped working. I'm beginning to give up at this point.*
Wifi app (Klevio key) to allow yourself in is terrible as phone signal is poor at the entrance to the building 2nd door.
The problem that tipped it- hit with a 2X£100 fine for parking each WEEK as directed by Guest services (disabled bay, not underground secure facility) not sure if Guest management are given commission from the parking company. Cancelled first and told me it was a goodwill gesture and I got another one the following day which they are refusing
Book elsewhere, if its not one thing its another with this place. Guest Services have never heard of the saying- ''the customer is always right!''
