This hotel is in a good location for the Bayswater tube station, high street which included supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. There are 2 tube stations in the areas providing great access to the City. There is a short walk to Hyde Park. The one issue is the size of our room for 2 addles.

Good location, but not 4*
Staff were friendly and reception area newly refurbished. Great location near Hyde Park and several train stations (Queensway, Bayswater). We had a standard double room which was small, decoration was tired and had a window that didn't close (which was a good thing as radiator was on full blast). Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. None of these things individually would normally prompt me to leave a review, but expectations were set high due to Hotel.com 4* grading - for us was 2 or 3 at best.
