The staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. The breakfast area/food were excellent and with plenty of variety to choose from.
The room was good but the plumbing was poor; the basin wouldn't drain properly and the shower base likewise.
A little sign indicating how to switch the shower glass wall from clear to opaque would be a good tip for those who are unfamiliar with this technology.
A power point adjacent to the hall mirror wouldn't work and the cover facing was loose and easily dislodged to expose the power contacts. Surely this is an electrocution and/or fire risk.
