I am a bit disappointed that you didn't mention anything about your air conditioner when you were staying with us so that we could fix it for you . We have a full team of engineering and house keeping staff who would have happily solved any problems on-site for you, had we known. Our staff are always so happy to help. Enjoy the rest of your time in Indonesia!

Close to everything

Basic, clean, easy. We just had a 2 bedroom villa.

New rooms and well organised staff

Cons: My one recommendation for the managers would be to consider using some smaller thickness pillows, I sleep on my stomach and the pillows they have are
Booked into Tranwangan Dive for 3 days last minute with very little research, and extended our stay for a fourth night. This was the first time we had been to Gili Trawangan and I was a bit worried it might be too loud staying there on the main street, but noise was no problem at all - the rooms are set behind the dive shops and so it it very quiet there. The room was very new, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. My one recommendation for the managers would be to consider using some smaller thickness pillows, I sleep on my stomach and the pillows they have are too big to use to sleep like that. Staff were really friendly and the omelettes for breakfast were excellent! Bonus points for providing drinking water in a refillable glass bottle in the rooms - saves throwing out lots of plastic bottles!

Really nice hotel close to everything in Gili T

Pros: The room and bathroom were terrific, pools were good and the breakfast in the beachside restaurant was amazing.
Cons: The bathroom smelt a bit high with an off smell emanating from the bathroom drain.
Location: Great location with an extremely friendly stand up paddleboard operator right out front. He pointed out where to paddle to see a sea turtle.
We had a lovely 3 day stay and were really impressed with the local staff but felt a little outcast by the expat dive staff who totally ignored us for the whole 3 days. I tried wearing a dive T shirt to get something in common but this did not work. The breakfast was awesome and the location right on the beach was amazing, staff were good. Our room had a daybed and nice garden in front but we soon discovered the chilli bush in the garden attracted random locals who wandered in ignoring the Do not disturb sign. In fact my daughter found this quite disturbing when we found a guy picking chilli's early one morning when we went out for breakfast as he was kind of hiding behind the bush, a bit creepy she said.

Pros: Rooms were hidden away from the main street so was private
Cons: Being nextdoor to a mosque meant being woken up very early every day with the service broadcast
