Bad choice of places to stay
Upon arriving and going to the room at about 3:30 PM we found that the room was not heated and the windows were open - it was about 50 degrees outside. We closed the windows and turned on the heat. The room did not warm to a comfortable temperature (70) until after 10:00 PM. The closest restaurant is a 25 minute drive over very difficult roads. The continental breakfast was minimal, at best. Motel 6 does a better one.

If you need a clean place to sleep this what this place is good for. Be aware, there is no air conditioning in the room, which was fine, except we opened the window to get some air, the screen was completely bent. Not just a little bent, like someone ripped it out of the window and bent in one whole side, so all the bugs in Logan Canyon were in our room by the morning. The staff wasn't very friendly. There was one girl that was mostly pleasant. We wanted to build a fire in the firepit, so I went in search of a staff member to ask for a lighter. Nobody was in the office per usual and finally an older gentleman said me, made eye contact with me and blatantly ignored me. My boyfriend went in search of a staff member maybe 30 minutes later and found the same gentleman. He asked for a lighter and the guy flat out said, that's on you. I'll look but I doubt we have anything for you, that's your responsibility. We rented a UTV for a couple hours. The 16 year old kid gave us incredibly confusing directions on where the trailhead was. We wasted an hour of time trying to find the right place and it wasn't until a very nice gentleman that was hauling their horses back to the barn saw us and stopped and gave us better directions. Brought the vehicle back and was told the night managers would be there to do the check in for the vehicle and nobody was around. We hunted for a manager or a staff member for over a half an hour but found absolutely no one.

Beautiful place - no air conditioning
I didn't realize they didn't have air conditioning. I stayed with my daughter and just didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open all night. They had a small fan but it only helped one of us. Didn't get much sleep but it was a beautiful place.

Absolutely gorgeous, just stay here!
This was the best place I've stayed in ages!!! It's GORGEOUS! The owls were hooting right out our window at the night. The stars were amazing, too! I can't get over this location! The staff were all so nice, friendly and genuine. It was very clean, and my kid loved the huge bathtub, haha! We cannot wait to visit again!

Great staff, lovely view, clean and comfortable room. Peaceful location away from the Garden City crowds yet very accessible. More clarification regarding breakfast would be welcome, and breakfast should be served until 9 rather than 8:30.
