Staying at Best Western in Walla Walla WA was for the most part a good experience except at check out, when I entered the front desk area the customer service agent behind the desk was conversing with a women with a baby standing off to the side and continued to converse with the lady while I was waiting. Listening to the conversation, being carried out in front of me I could see this was a personal conversation. When they finished the conversation, the front desk agent then assisted me. I told her I did not appreciate waiting while she carried out her personal conversation. The agent responded with the women she was speaking to worked there and was visiting, and there were other employees that could have helped me. Two other agents came to fron desk area at this time. The agent I was speaking to stood behind them glaring at me. Unprofessional and poor customer service. She could have put her personal conversation on hold and assisted me since she was working and not on a break.

It was a great stay. We were traveling for a volleyball game. The room was clean, felt safe and the front desk was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
