We stayed for 3 nights with extended family with 3 small children. The apartments were perfect for us! Clean, large, kitchen for preparing meals. The locations is amazing, right across the road from the beach, it made for a fabulous holiday and we'll definitely be back.

love the location and the apartment. Everything was tidy but it just felt dirty. There were crumbs in the drawers and and the bowls. cups & cutlery weren't clean. Upon arrival, the floor in the master bedroom was wet and we just assumed that it had recently been cleaned. We ran the bath for the kids and the next morning the floor was so wet all under the carpet and under our suitcases and lap tops etc. Reception sent someone up to dry it out but it was still wet and we didn't use the bath after that. We have four kids and had put money away for over a year for a holiday in QLD and it just felt like we wasted our money when it came to the hotel. Also, house keeping came in part way through our stay to makes beds etc but when we arrived back to the apartment after a day out we discovered that they'd left 3 of the sliding doors unlocked. We were on the second floor with easy access from the street so they should have re locked the doors before they left because the apartment had our valuables in it.

We all enjoyed our stay at reflection on the sea .The beds were very comfortable. Waking up in the morning having a cuppa looking at the ocean was so relaxing The staff Jodi was very nice and helpful. We will definitely go back .

The apartment was dirty. Carpet not clean. Bedding and pillows were stained. A blanket in the wardrobe, when I pulled it out, was not folded. It had been shoved on by the previous guest and when I opened it there was skids toy and rubbish inside it. The vacuum is broken. A part from the cleanliness, the hotel itself is lovely, the area is beautiful and I go there yearly. I was just very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.
