The Apartment

Located in a quality spot in the heart of the Boucanet district, just steps from the beach, this apartment will be a real favorite for seaside lovers.
It is situated in a residence facing Boucanet beach, a highly sought-after area, close to all amenities yet peaceful.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchenette open to the living room, which has a two-seat sofa with a TV area. It then has a separate bedroom with a fixed 140 cm bed for two people on the ground floor, and a second bedroom upstairs with another 140 cm bed. Upstairs, there is also an alcove with two single beds.
This apartment is ideal for 4 people, such as a family of two adults and two children, but can accommodate up to 6 people maximum.
All necessary amenities are available for your comfort: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.

The living area is filled with light, featuring a non-convertible sofa, a TV.
Enjoy the tranquility just steps from the beach and relax in this bright and airy space.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, and a separate WC.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the booking.

La résidence est très bien placée pour profiter de la plage. De plus, la piste cyclable passe devant.L'environnement est calme et agréable.L'appartement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé.Un bémol cependant : pas de volet aux fenêtres du salon, côté ouest, donc très chaud.L'accueil par l'agence Grand Sud est impeccable.
