Notified me that ... DUE TO COURT !!!! CLOSED FOR 2 WEEKS !!!!! Having to find other accommodation 2days before Easter ..... NOT HAPPY !!!!!

They new weeks before our stay that they closed down for a pending court date. They notified me 2 days before the EASTER LONG WEEKEND! Terrible service. And you owe me $50 for booking fee!

Room was really clean and comfortable bed and manager was very accomodating with late night check in. But no cutlery or plates to use with the toaster and air con didn't work in room.

Hi Tamara, Thanks so much for your review. All our rooms have plates, bowles,knife,fork and spoons in mircowaves, due to all our rooms being booked by trades workers 99% of the time. In regards to air conditioning, i checked that is working, but noted it was set on warm, as Morwell weather changes as you would noticed from warm to cold very quickly. Everything was as expected and quite pleasing. The only problem was about payment - the fault of Watif failing to follow proper procedure. Watif's system appeared to take full payment and produced a confirmation document stating paid in full, zero due at site. Which wasn't so - this caused considerable discussion as you might imagine..
