Convenient for trip to Malpensa airport.
Pros:Clean and tidy. comfortable bed. generously sized bathrooms
Cons:Signage for hotel entrance. Text or email to guests prior arrival if hotel facilities are unavailable.
Location:20 minutes easy drive to airport. No local guide in hotel and non offered by reception.
Signage for hotel entrance was minimal and hard to see even when going several times around the roundabout.
On arrival we were not informed that their restaurant was fully booked for a private function. Had we known this we would have searched for an alternative dining location. After settling in to the room and dressing for dinner we made our way to the restaurant to be informed a table was unavailable only room service could be provided at no extra cost. We went back to our room to order and found there was no menu. Trip back to restaurant to find menu, then back to the room to order. This became a frustrating exercise for tired and hungry travelers on their last night in Italy after a very enjoyable 2 week holiday. The food, although it was pleasant, was not very warm and lacked the ambiance of a restaurant.
