The room was clean and fresh. Limited kitchen utensils. We had to buy a frypan to cook with. Tea/coffee and shampoo were not replaced. Had to ask for more.

Lovely staff , beautiful thermal pool …. Perfect room for me and my girls and perfect location to everything . We stayed in one of the rooms with the plunge pool and would defiantly come back . Thanks team

Customer service was lovely at checkout. However the lighting in the unit was quite dim everywhere so it was hard to see for someone who is visually impaired. Also the main room didn’t have bedside tables or power outlets beside the bed - no where to put my glasses or charge phone overnight. Pool had leaves and bugs but was otherwise ok.

Great property for our short family stay. Room was clean and tidy, property itself was nice and quiet. Only feedback I could give is that it would be great if the rooms facing the pool had netting so people couldn't look straight in to the rooms. I also didn't realise how hot the rooms can get in summer, although there were both ceiling and floor fans in our room, air conditioning would have been a god-send.
