Newly Remodeled Tahoe Donner Condo on the Creek

Located in Tahoe Donner, this newly remodeled one bedroom condominium sits a short (one-minute) walk to the ski slopes of Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area.

The condo is open and spacious with a living room, couch, coffee table and lots of windows and natural light. A TV, open kitchen and separate seating/reading nook are also on the first floor. The sofa has a queen sleep pullout and the reading nook has a single bed pullout for a couple extra friends or family. The remodeled kitchen has everything you need to make delicious home-cooked meals. Upstairs is the newly renovated bathroom, washer dryer and bedroom with a Queen bed. This floor is protected by great bear photography!

When you enter the condo there is a mud room great for stashing boots, jackets, skis, hiking boots and other fun toys for your time in the mountains.

*Tahoe Donner Amenities: The Trout Creek Rec Center is several miles down Northwoods Blvd so you will have to drive there. Vacation Rentals Guests do not have access to the Ski Bowl HOA amenities or pool.

*As part of your rental, you will have 2 guest passes. Each pass allows up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fees are currently $17 per person per day. Children 7 and under are free.

* There is an exterior camera at the front entry that points outward towards the stairs.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.

Winter escape
Our favorite place to take our kids snowboarding/skiing. Right next to slopes and Tahoe donner is perfect for kids. Truckee is a great town with great restaurants without the crowds. A gem!

Clean and well maintained
This is a lovely condo. It was very clean and the kitchen was well organized. The master bedroom is up a short flight of stairs with a handrail. The condo has a relaxing feel to it. The sofa configuration was so cozy. There’s a little nook with a desk and a chair. The pellet stove kept us warm and it’s easy to use. I would stay here again next snow season…if it ever ends!

The condo was well located, right next to the Donner mountain ski slope (easily walkable). It was an easy process to work with the host and the property manager. Hands down the best VRBO property I've ever stayed in. The condo is immaculate - modern, well stocked with all the essentials and a few extra goodies - wonderful furniture and bonus pellet stove that kept the house toasty warm! The photos don't do the condo justice. Property manager was super responsive, instructions within the condo easy to follow and thorough...I can't say enough about this place! It is defnitely starred as my "Go to" when I return to Tahoe Donner for future ski getaways! Only warning is having 4wheel drive is no joke - the mountain roads in this area are slipperty with snow and ice!
