when we first got there, we didnt have a code sent to our email after the “pre check in” luckily the groundskeeper was there to help assist us, if he hadn’t been there i don’t know if we would’ve gotten in. our heater was extremely loud, i woke up multiple times through the night hearing it, same with creaking and popping of the upstairs floors. other than those two things, overall it was nice and clean

More of 3.5 stars, close to the stores/food. Anywhere from 5-10 min walk. The place is small cute with the wood rustic look. The cons, if you’re a light sleeper. Theres a lot of noise from people walking or hanging out by the fire. States quiet noise after 10pm but ppl were not respectful about it. I was not able to sleep since people were making a lot noises voices/steps vibrating/echoing after 11:30pm. Did not like the shower curtain bc it was not weighted it kept sticking to my leg which is kind of annoying.

The picture of the hotel is taken in a way to show that there is a specific fire place and barbecue place for each each room which is not. There is only one barbecue place for the whole hotel which contains a fire place. You can not use it freely since you have to share it with other people staying in the hotel. You can’t make too much noise either cause it will likely annoy other people staying at the hotel. Also when you’re staying at a room in this hotel with other people you have very low privacy since the bathrooms don’t have locks. While sleeping at this hotel it was very cold. The blankets doesn’t even keep you warm. It was freezing cold the night that I was staying at this hotel. I really don’t recommend this hotel.

The bathroom shower was super small. The toilet ran every time it was flushed and we had to take the top off to fix it every time. Also saw a roach in the bathroom. Other than those issues the place was OK for a quick weekend stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It’s walkable to Heavenly Village. The roach ruined it for me though and would not return because of this.
