Just Breathe is a 2-story home in a private, gated community, with lots of amenities tucked away in the Poconos. This beautiful home boasts 4 large bedrooms, (1 Master Suite) with a queen size bed, The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd Bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th has 2 full beds. This home also has 3 full bathrooms and bonus "Loft" area for family gatherings also has a bunk nook with 1 twin/twin bunk and 1 twin/full bunk. This rental sleeps up to 13 comfortably, perfect for all types of vacationers!! It features a brand new, beautifully updated kitchen with all new, modern appliances, radiant heat throughout. There is a separate game room with foos ball, air hockey, shuffle board, Atari, and an arcade game as well as a poker table in the family room upstairs. There is a lovely outdoor space just outside the kitchen with screen curtains to keep the bugs out and a nice fire pit area for family S'mores. There is a large deck perfect for watching the community's annual fire works display without the hassle of trying to find parking or sitting in traffic. Centrally located on the main road in the community, within walking distance of the Main Pool/Lodge, Tiki Barmmunity, within walking distance of the Main Pool/Lodge, Tiki Bar

The house was great, but we were surprised by how far everything was within the community.
The home was very nice and clean. The layout allowed for our family to have lots of comfortable space.
The tiki bar was within walking distance, but was closed Friday night. We ate there for Saturday lunch. It was expensive and not very good. Ordering was confusing and we weren't allowed to leave the deck area with beverages, so had to stay among the smokers The clubhouse with arcade was a draw for us to stay at the hideout community, only to find out it was quite a drive away. We intended to eat there for Sunday dinner, but they wouldn't let us in because they said they only had two servers. The place looked very empty. So, we had to pile back in the car and find a restaurant. At the arcade, many of the games were out of order. Honestly, the endless list of rules and limited times for amenities to be open, made this weekend feel like we were in a constant state of confusion as to what we could do and when. Upon arrival, we were bombarded by all of the rules and left to figure out everything else. It would have been nice to have a list of operating hours, restaurants, and area attractions.

Fantastic choice within the Hideout
Property is in a very convenient location (especially to catch the fireworks!) and clearly recently updated. Excellent job and plenty to do to keep everyone happy.
If you are looking for a great spot for the family get away....this is it!

Very nice area, beautiful lake, house improving
Overall the stay was nice. Owner allowed us to go over the max a bit and that was nice (especially since four of the guests were children...it made sense). The community and area is really a nice, special place. Kind of confusing at times getting in, out, and around, but really beautiful. The house is nice and it is clear the owner is consistently trying to improve the property for future guests, but we did have some issues.
Below is the list of items we noted about the home. Some of these range from troubling to nice-to-have in order to make the rental more desirable.
-1st Floor Bathroom inaccessible (while listed as a 2 bath, a past reviewer and email from the property manager confirmed there was a 3rd full bathroom downstairs. Having elderly folks with us, that was highly desirable, but we were very disappointed when the door remained locked the entire stay due to a maintenance issue inside.)
- No hooks/bars to hang any bath or hand towels (I get that guests/kids pull them out at rentals, but this was annoying).
- Upstairs hall bath toilet paper holder coming out of drywall
- Need new toaster - 4 slot (barely working and cooking toast for 10 people took forever)
- Need Extra Light Bulbs (upstairs hall bath out and loft fan out, had to move bunk bed lamp bulb to hall bath)
- Fireplace remote didn't work
- Upstairs hall bath GFCI breaker constantly defaults/flips
- Broken trash can
- No Keurig coffee maker has advertised in listing
- No DVD Player (but a pile of DVDs...go figure)
- Wifi could be stronger/faster for streaming
- Broken Basketball Game system (a constant item in past reviews)
- Nail in upstairs hall bathroom sticking out of trim near toilet, sharp
- Firestick in loft/game room doesn't work (was able to barely boot-up, unresponsive to both remotes and a virtual remote on my phone)
- Need a pizza cutter in kitchen
- Need a sink garbage disposal
- Provide community recycling bin
- Downstairs coat closet needs bar to hang coats (no place in house to hang coats)
- Room with two beds closet needs to be finished (no bar, no trim, no shelf)
- Need to provide broom with dust pan
- No grill mats as mentioned in lease (grill was also dirty prior to use)
- Ice hockey table missing hardware (BUT still a blast!)
- Landscape crew cuts grass and doesn't blow off driveway causing massive amounts of grass to be brought into the home.
Glad to hear the owner has addressed some of these items. Overall I would still recommend. Cheers!

Family weekend snow tubing
Overall we had a nice family weekend staying at the house. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The dryer in the laundry room was helpful to dry wet snow suits and gloves. The area is great for outdoor activities. It’s close to ski mountains. However, the pictures of the house did not show the unfinished staircase or the hole right outside the kitchen. That would’ve been nice to know about before we arrived.
