    Horrible hotel

    This was the worst hotel experience. They held my fund for the stay starting Thursday and my stay was Saturday. A front desk associate called me Thursday telling me my card was declined. I wanted to know why they were already trying to verify funds on my card when my stay wasn’t for a couple more days. They stated that they were very busy this weekend and needed to verify fund now. He was very rude. Spoke over me. And flat out just asked if I wanted him to cancel the reservation. I asked to speak to a manager. When I was transferred I left a message because no one answered. I spoke with him and he assured me that he was going to speak with his associate and that everything was now fine with my reservation. (My husband called and changed cards. Funds were held) Saturday afternoon comes and I’m and my sons tournament (reason for the trip) and I get a call from another front desk tournament. I was so confused and upset that this was happening again. They were trying to verify funds again when they were still on hold. My bank refused the verification. I explained everything that happened Thursday and that I spoke to a manager. Speaking over me she says the manager is out of the country as to imply I’m lying. Told me how they dnt hold anything until we check in. Told me that if I do not get there by 7p my reservation was going to be canceled and she wouldn’t give me another courtesy call. I got there and she was singing a different tune. Told me I spoke to the owner of the hotel..
