Pros: We had champagne in the bar and mentioned it was our 25th wedding anniversary and when we went back to our room there were chocolates on our bed
Cons: The hotel is under going refurbishment
Location: Wonderful
Facilities: Top of the line; Value: Special treat; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Immaculate; My husband left some clothing in a draw, when we contacted them they arranged to have the items sent to us.
