The room was a cave

Pros: Clean.
Cons: Two complimentary water bottles were about 100ml each. A bit stingy..
The room was ok for the price. The problem was two fold. The A/C was not cold enough, even after complaining about it. The other one is there is a building backing on to the hotel. There is no natural light in room 230. It was Midday and could have been Midnight.

Good spot. Cheap and easy

Hotel close to all amenities

Pros: Rooms were pleasant
Cons: Upgrade needed to hotel. Staff need better english.
Location: Great location, a bit out of kuta whilst still being in kuta. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Whilst the location was great, the hotel did not look like the internet pictures. Wasn't terrible or anything but certainly looked older than on the internet. The staff had a lot of problems with english.

Pros: Stunning views from the pool on the roof of the hotel, great sunsets
Cons: No balconys, had a opening window with a brick wall as the view
Facilities: Everyday; Hotel was nice not a traditional baliense hotel, food was average and expensive

Pros: The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and it was a pleasure to go to breakfast and be greeted so well

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date.
