I was not allowed to check in and was told the room that i booked was taken. According to the staff he cannot entertain online booking as the hotel's internet was down. I even offered to take a larger room with additional payment but was not accepted. The staff insisted that i booked another larger room and pay in full, eventhough my credit card was already charged for the online booking. After about 1 hour of attempts to negotiating on my part, l checked in into a neighboring hotel which is a lot nicer and have polite staffs too. My call to expedia was also put on hold and was passed to hotel.com, and expedia (not malaysian) without any solution. Total time of my call was more than 28 minutes! This would be my last time using your service and also 1 hotel.
