Definitely recommend! Only complaint was the breakfast buffet is all cold, even the dishes meant to be hot. Also, the omelette making station which takes forever is directly in front of many other dishes so it gets quite hectic. Overall though, it was fantastic and we would stay here again without hesitation. All employees, front desk, pool bar, housekeeping and breakfast staff are devoted to your happiness and satisfaction. Cleanliness was fantastic, bed was sooooo comfy and location was excellent. We had a room at the back, so the noise from the parking lot bar was never an issue. Room 2114 was a great spot. One tiny complaint.....a small bucket of ice was 50 baht. If we wanted 5 cubes of ice for an in room drink, you'd have to pay 50 baht for the whole bucket. Just seems wasteful and I've never had to pay extra for ice in a hotel. Again, small complaint, I think they should revisit this. You won't regret staying here!!

I have booked this hotel initially for 1 night but as we liked so much end up staying 3 nights. It’s great location - close to beach, restaurants and entertainment. Great breakfast- plenty choice. Little issue with towels as cleaner did not replace once she cleaned room - we had to ask twice for replacement in reception. Free drink upon check in blue soda

This island is very remote and the listing was misleading. We searched for Phi Phi and this hotel popped up. I didn’t know enough to know it was a completely different island two hours from Krabi. There’s only one ferry from Phuket and it was earlier in the morning. No afternoon boats to Krabi. We literally could not get to this island to check in. Even though it was the wrong island, we didn’t plan to come to Krabi, we were willing to keep the booking and didn’t want to cancel it entirely. Hotel AND Expedia refused to help us in shifting the dates by a day or refund the night we missed. After arriving we chose to stay on Krabi longer than one night but chose to take our business elsewhere for remaining nights.
