Great location, clean units, great to have Barefoot Bar onsite and reasonably good breakfast. Shuttle from airport didn't show up. Welcome at resort was just okay. We came from the Aitutaki Pacific Resort so this was nowhere near the same experience. Just okay and recommend if you get a good special. The price we paid was too high for the experience.

Ease of access to beach, availability of towels equipment and gear. Room had a great outlook, really clean with all necessary items. Kept serviced at all times. Staff so very helpful. Everyone on staff very friendly. Food at breakfast and restaurant excellent. Filtered water available.

very friendly staff, just on arrival seemed to be some reluctance in picking up bags to take to room otherwise faultness service, always there to help room staff extremely obliging and friendly team at beach hut always there to render prompt assistance with a smile some lower price dining options (snack bar pizza type food) would have been good for dining, but there were quite a few local spots nearby

Great location

Perfect location in Raratonga, great beach. The hotel was nice but let down a little by ageing buildings and not particularly friendly or professional staff. Having spent time in Fiji on another holiday the staff could use a dose of their hospitality and care for tourists, we loved the beach but won’t be back

Perfect location

Pros: The location right on the beach, friendly staff, great ambience
Cons: The Continental breakfast was very nice but a bit of variety would be nice as it was the same every day
Location: Perfect location walking distance to night food markets, shops and the Te Vara Nui cultural show & dinner
Great resort, perfect beach location for swimming snorkelling or just taking a leisurely walk on the sand. Gardens lovely & well maintained, staff excellent, can't wait to return.

Great Resort

Pros: The location and the style of the room and the staff.
Cons: Sound proofing of rooms.
Location: Great location a walk to all the interesting things to do ie night market, car rental companies, the night dance show and some great little cafes.
The Pacific Resort is a great place to stay, close to nice little shops and great cafes and the food night market just a stroll down the road which we went to two times, Sunday was the best night the beach was ok but we do much prefer the beach at Aroa by the Rarotongan. The staff were all very friendly and went out of there way to help us out especially Franco in the restaurant. The lady at the desk was also very helpful, so thank you :). The only thing we didnt like was where our room was located as it back onto a service road and were woken up most mornings about 5.30am by people out there and the rooster crowed pretty much all night. Other than that we had a great stay and the kids loved it. Thank you.
