- staff make half an effort to help find something
- the place looks terrible and needs a change
- the pram access to the pool and baby pool is embarrassing
- the air conditioner is not cold enough for such conditions
- waited 15 minutes at night to order a drink and no one attended

First, we would like to thank you for taking your valuable time to let us know about your experience with our resort. We would like to show our regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations. The main goal of hospitality industry and the philosophy of our hotel is to make feel our guest very special, to make them feel like they are at home. All of our staff has been selected carefully and are trained to be polite and courteous. That why we are very disappointed to hear that you were unsatisfied with the attitude of our staff and we sincerely apologize to you regarding these. As for the air conditioning system in the room, there is a central AC system in our hotel. The lowest possible temperature in the rooms is 20 degrees, which is usually more than satisfactory. Antalya is a city where the air temperature is quite high in a summer season. It is therefore possible that the existing air conditioning system for some guests may not be sufficient, especially if the existing temperature conditions above the temperature to which guests are accustomed to. Apart from all these, we accept that our hotel is getting old and it need of a radical renewal. The renewal works are among the most important plans of our Business Management in the nearest future. We will share your comments with our Management Team and all necessary measures will be taken. We wished you have shared your complaints about our hotel and the services we offer, during your stay with us. In this way, we would had the opportunity to see our shortcomings more clearly and could have a chance make your staying here more comfortable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we have caused youduring your holiday. We are hope that you can re-consider us on your next visit and give us a chance to provide you a fun and memorable experience.
