Great hotel with 2 great pools. Not one where you have to get your towel out by 7am to get a pool seat which was refreshing. We had a large family room which had plenty of space, although the bathroom is very small for such a large room. A bath on the balcony was odd as you’d never use it without clothes on :). Stay in the newer section around the square pool. Nice and peaceful place, breakfast good (not the best we’ve had but enough), staff pleasant, restaurant food during the day very good. Short walk to the beach which was fine for us. Right next to great restaurants, shops etc. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely
Staff were more than helpful and very kind. Especially Jui on reception helped us very much with activities and free things to do!
Perfect location the beach is right on your doorstep and local evening market out the front of the hotel. Close to free Thai boxing.
Really clean hotel and cleaners were amazing and very good our room was spotless every day.
Would highly recommend this hotel especially for the price it's like a 5* hotel.

Nice resort
Nice pools, nice building and landscaping, great location across from lamai night markets and close to beach, excellent staff in reception.
Improvements need to be made in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was included, but restaurant needs to improve its game, partner and i were extremely disappointed in this aspect, often choosing to eat elsewhere due to rude and lazy staff. We were told restaurant closes at 8pm, we went down at 7pm to find an empty restraunt with rude staff member making us feel uncomfortable about the time we choose to eat our dinner. All while her and the other kitchen staff are standing around with a packed up kitchen at 7pm and we have been informed of 8pm closure. Then in the morning we were the first down for breakfast hot food in the buffet was cold, partner and i missed out on a hot breakfast. Staff were present everywhere so why not be more efficient in the restaurant setting up for breakfast rush, instead of standing around talking and staring at us as we eat made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Other than the reataurant experience excellent service from reception and housekeeping and a luxurious resort.would stay here again but restaurant staff attitude must change.
