I don’t like writing bad reviews, because it means the livelihood of so many wonderful individuals is at stake… so i’ll write an honest one. The hotel is beautifully located and so close to the airport. The villas with private pools are something to write home about. The team is super helpful. The staff is really lovely. However, if improvements can be made, there are many. Firstly, the spa is located across the street and communicating with them was a logistical issue. You have to cross the street to get an appointment. Dining options are down to one restaurant that closes at 9pm. I was on DND and the bell rang quite a few times for different reasons. The private pool isn’t so private, with neighbors and diners in the restaurant having a direct view of it, same for the bedroom. So the curtains really needed to be closed, which was a shame. Breakfast is bland and can be greatly improved. And then forgot to return my deposit upon checkout…

Lovely resort
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the pool villas. It was one if the vest rooms we have ever stayed in. The resort is ideally located on the beach, near the airport, and a bit tucked away on the quieter side. The staff were all very friendly. We wish were still there!

Great position away from crowds and bars, but only a 15 minute walk to the nightlife. Beach area outside hotel is the nicer part of Chaweng beach, and the pool option is also very pleasant. Staff were always welcoming, and remembered small things like what coffee you have. Breakfast is superb and plentiful, fruit, Thai meals, toast, eggs any way and pancakes. No need for lunch after a breakfast like that. Plentiful staff with an eye to detail. Customer service was outstanding

Our second trip to Koh Samui and Sareeraya ticked all the boxes, we stayed in a tropical pool villa and it was everything we expected which was a relief, sometimes the photos dress up a poorly maintained resort but not in this case. The room was beautiful, clean and well maintained as was the private pool. The main resort facilities were all of the same standard and the staff were wonderful. Very accommodating and kind. I would stay here again happily!
