The stench in the room was so pungent that my coat, my hair, and my clothing STILL SMELL LIKE IT. The woman behind the counter was very nice, but she told me the smell is from the carpet which absorbs the musty basement. It is nauseating to say the least. The floor above is incredibly thin so whenever someone walks it's like elephants stomping. Can also hear voices next door clearly. No hot water. Was offered to shower in another room but it was raining and freezing outside and I didn't feel like dealing with all that so I didn't shower. We were given a discount as a result. This place is nasty. There are plenty of motels that don't smell like musk.
