Awful Room with Great Staff
First i want to say i gave three stars overall because the customer service pushed it up by one and a half stars. Now for tge rooms...they looked and felt dirty and old...the matresses were something from the 1980s with what felt like springs. We all woke up with back ache. The bathroom had rust around the door frame and light fixturws things were peeling caulking around tub coming off...the trim at the bottom of the wall was a mess...our first room, yes we had to change, looked as if they didnt chamge the pillowcases...when someone left their room and closed their soor our door felt like someone was knocking good thing we triple secured our door...location of hotel is convient but for $188 plus taxes id rather drive 5 more miles to a nicer hotel. Again the staff wad wonderful from two latino young ladies on the front desk that night and morning to the older gentlemen who i believe was the "maintenance engineer"....will i stay again probably not unless other hotel are booked but ill come with lyseol and bedding
