First off, what a fantastic hotel. We have stayed at many hotels around ontario and I must say this without a doubt was the most enjoyable stay. Hotel was clean and well taken care of. The staff was absolutely fantastic, helpful and so friendly especially the gentleman at the front desk and the lovely ladies running breakfast. They had a huge variety of breakfast options and a little coffee bar. The rooms were super nice, I especially loved that every room had a kitchen and a proper table for a larger family to sit at. The kitchen was adequately stocked for what we used it for as well. The pool, hot tub and slide was very much enjoyed by the whole family. We will without a doubt come back to this hotel ! Such a fantastic new years stay. Prices were very reasonable as well !

The staff were pleasant, the room however smelled like cigarettes. Also, a bit frustrating that the price had gone down but because I had booked through Expedia I wasn’t able to get the cheaper price or any other perks related to age or work ie emergency services, CAA etc.
