Don't be fool with the pictures. The lobby, pool and restaurants areas are 3 stars, but my room can not be rated......one word::TERRIBLE, if all the rooms are like mine, they need MAJOR MAJOR rennovations. According to one assistant manager : because Orbitz pays only 900 Bahts a night , they get this room and I believe Kosa intentionally give these kind of rooms to Orbitz customers and when they ask to be moved to another, the receptionist asks you to pay 300 Bahts more per night to be moved to another room. It is very tricky and bad business practices if you are, specially, in the hospitality business. I was also told to book it directly with Kosa hotel website to by pass Orbitz in order to get better room.. Very frankly, I told her that when your hotel management team does this kind of tricky business practices like this, you would do the same behavior to get 300 Bahts regardless of where I book my room. I told them I never come back to this hotel again and report my experience to Orbitz and the receptionist did not show any sign that Kosa hotel cares at all. Be aware. I hope this hotel takes necessary actions to do major renovations because this hotel is very close to every things and has a potential to be 4 stars rather than NO star for rooms and 3 stars for its ameneties. To be fair, It should be noted that My room evaluation is based on low rise part of hotel, I do not know the conditions of rooms in the high rise part.
