This is an awesome hotel. The rooftop pool has amazing view. It is in the mountains surrounded by trees. The food was really good and relatively cheap.

The most amazing experience ever!
This place is amazing. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a resort! It’s so private and magical. The staff goes above and beyond to help and to serve you. The resort itself is gorgeous and clean, inside and out. The steam sauna is a dream come true. The manager was such a pleasure to talk to. We consider him family now. I don’t have enough good words to describe this place! Everything about it is amazing. An unmatched experience!! My husband drinks and I do not. This place was a safe haven for him to drink without having to be in town for the huge parties. I really appreciated that. :)

Very nice property however it is an uphill walk from the beach, so please take note. Taxi arranged through the hotel were more expensive than arranging your own. There were numerous Russians staying at the hotel, which we were very bothered by due to their illegal invasion of a peaceful neighbour. For this reason we do not recommend this place to those with a conscience.

I loved the size of fhe room and the balcony which I think was because i got a vip upgrade. No one else had the same sized balcony. The restaurant was okay. A bit lacking on selection for a breakfast buffet. I hated the shower. It was a rain shower which i dont understand at all and the water would not get hot. I ended up having to inform the front desk but they came and fixed the problem right away having to install a new boiler. The area around was nice but Karon is far from the malls and at least 30 minutes from almost any attraction. Aside from the restaurant and that rain shower i would recommend this property for sure. Just be mindful that you will be taking 30 minute to an hour long rides for anywhere you're trying to go.

Another fabulous stay in the wonderful Pacific club ….a small boutique hotel where the staff know your name and go out of their way to make your stay a great experience. Quite and relaxing with a nice rooftop pool…far enough away from the hustle of Karon beach but close enough to walk too…go to sleep in a super comfy bed and wake up to a fabulous breakfast. No doubt I will be returning soon…again.

Great staff
Every now and again something just goes wrong with a stay, and it just cant be helped. This was one of those stays. With that said, the management and staff went overboard in rectifying any and all issues, making our stay very enjoyable. We had a very good time at Pacific Club and would stay there again. The town and beach areas are great too.
