This is a lovely resort, the rooms and bed are both comfortable and stylish. The restaurants are both great, the Thai restaurant is more upmarket with better service, the main restaurant the service is hit & miss. Room service is very good, pools are very good, although the main pool is under renovation. It would've been nice for the resort to say renovations were under way when booking, there is no lobby atm, main pool and plenty of drilling and banging from other rooms being refurbished. The location is also out of the way, Karon beach isn't as good as Pattong or Kata, you will be using taxis regularly. It is also a very hilly resort and yew they will shuttle you to your room etc, however this can also be inconvenient, the noise of motorcycles and vans in the resort from staff etc starts at 4.30am so be prepared to be woken early.

We were not expecting such a beautiful paradise. The view from our room was stunning in the panoramic suite. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The cleaning was exceptional and the concierge staff were beautiful. I can’t recommend this resort enough. Thank you Mandarava staff ❤️

It was very well designed and staff were very polite and welcoming. Food menu could do with few extra Thai dishes. Prawn Risotto wasn’t great but I understand that not many places can do risotto well but I wanted to try it there (so this is not a negative comment but a comment to perhaps train Chefs with Chefs who knows how to perfect the risotto:) ). Overall an excellent experience because staff are very generous:)

We stayed here for the first time and absolutely loved it. Such big beautiful rooms, very quiet, the grounds are just so pretty. Walking distance to karon beach. The staff so lovely especially our maid Maug 😍. Pools super clean and beautiful. We will definitely be staying here next time. Thank you Mandarava for over exceeding our expectation 🙏

Honestly the nicest and happiest staff made this hotel such a great experience! They were always so helpful and kind and happy. The grounds are immaculate and I cannot fault the service at all! Absolutely amazing. Everything I requested they were most happy to help with and very prompt. The food at the restaurant was always fresh and delicious. We spent one night watching Thai performances and having a Thai bbq buffet and the performers, staff and food was all amazing. I can’t recommend this resort enough and thank you all so much for the wonderful experience
