Location it being close to everything,space in unit. Wish check in could be earlier so could rest before early events.

The shower in the room is as dripping all night, presumably they knew it as the shower head was upside down and dripping upon arrival. The hairdryer didn’t work as the PowerPoint was pushed in/ broken. There was as not full curtain coverage in the second room either.

For the hairdryer, there was no report from the previous guest that it is not working so we believe the it is working fine not until you reported this to us and for the curtain, we are looking on having this addressed right away.Rest assured, we take your comments seriously and have immediately addressed these maintenance concerns with our team to ensure they are rectified promptly. Location was the only thing going for this place. The Motel should be condemned, the room was dirty. The Air con sounded like a truck, the carpet was filthy, we had no hot water in the shower, the TV only half worked, the bed was just about to fall to pieces, paint was falling off dirty walls and ceilings. This is the second and last time I will book with wotif, each time the pictures don't fit with reality.

We don't have any complain for the hot shower, most of the time we should take time in waiting for the water to be hot when turning on the faucet as it will not have hot water right away.
