Parking spaces, although numbered related with room numbers, disappointing that Hotel policy is that parking spaces are unallocated resulting in not being able to park adjacent to your room. This is not in line with standard practice at many other hotel/motels I have stayed at.

Didn’t like the fact that we booked for 2 nights, and only stayed one because of the lousy bed. Spoilt a day in Hahndorf. Guests have been complaining about beds for 12 months. Responses say they are replacing mattresses, we must have been on the end to be done. Thankfully, Management were kind enough to refund our money. Stayed here quite a few times also with nterstate guests and had no trouble

Rooms were in need of a little maintenance and noises could be heard from car park, especially in the morning as people & staff were about! Our stay though was good, great spot In Hahndorf for seeing things, shopping, eating and just wandering.
